Rob Coltman

Rob is a highly skilled sports and orthopedic physical therapist specializing in the treatment of endurance athletes.  He is a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist and is certified in Manual Therapy.  Rob is also an avid endurance athlete himself.  He is a 13-time Ironman Triathlon finisher, a 3-time Swim Around Key West finisher, and has qualified for/competed in the Ironman 70.3 World Championship.  Rob has been in physical therapy practice since 2001, and has competed in endurance events since 1990. 

Rob graduated from the University of Florida with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1994, and received his Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2001. He became board-certified as an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in 2007 and became Manual Therapy Certified (MTC) through the University of St. Augustine in 2009. Rob has also completed both level 1 and level 2 SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) courses. SFMA certification enables medical professionals to assess and treat root issues that lead to injury and movement dysfunction. 

Rob is originally from Sarasota, Florida, and has been in the St. Augustine/Jacksonville area since 1998. He continues to participate in endurance events locally, and internationally.

Mark Baughman

Mark is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Partner, and Co-Owner of CBPT. He has spent his entire career in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy and has been a board-certified specialist since 2007.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Athletic Training in 2001 and Master of Physical Therapy in 2003 from the University of North Florida. He completed his Orthopedic Residency at the University of Delaware in 2006 and later earned his transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida in 2014. Over the course of his career, he has worked with athletes at all levels—from professional and collegiate to recreational—developing particular expertise in running biomechanics, 3D motion analysis, ACL rehabilitation, and return-to-sport programming. He has also completed Level 1 and Level 2 SFMA coursework, allowing him to assess and treat the root causes of movement dysfunction.

In addition to his clinical work, Mark served as an adjunct instructor at UNF from 2011 to 2023, teaching in both the Doctor of Physical Therapy and Athletic Training programs. He also supported youth athletics as the Athletic Trainer Coordinator for Project 17 with Duval County Schools and the Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program.

Originally from rural Delaware, Mark moved to Jacksonville in 1997 to attend UNF and has since built deep roots in the community. His favorite part of CBPT is the trust the clinic has established locally and the ability to give back through patient care and support of local nonprofit organizations.

Outside of the clinic, Mark enjoys volunteering at his church, hunting and fishing with his sons, Ezekiel and Malachi, and playing tennis with his wife. A fun fact—he is a huge Penn State football fan.

Lauren Raubenolt

Lauren is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy and Clinic Manager of our Jacksonville Beach location. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida in 2008 and worked in cardiac rehabilitation and stress testing prior to attending Duke University, where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012. After graduation, Lauren completed BenchMark Physical Therapy’s Orthopedic Residency Program and earned her OCS certification in 2015.

Lauren grew up as a Navy brat, living throughout the U.S. and abroad, including Washington, D.C., Hawaii, Mississippi, and Italy. After practicing in Atlanta—where she opened and directed a clinic near downtown—she relocated to Florida in 2019 to be closer to family and the beach. She enjoys treating a wide range of general orthopedic conditions and incorporates advanced manual therapy techniques, dry needling, and Sportsmetrics training to help athletes reduce the risk of non-contact knee injuries.

Outside of patient care, Lauren has a strong interest in teaching and mentorship, frequently serving as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students and mentoring new graduate PTs and residents. Her favorite aspect of CBPT is its community-based culture and commitment to creating a positive, life-giving workplace.

In her free time, Lauren enjoys open-water swimming, camping and hiking with her family, beach days with her two children, and hunting for shark teeth. A fun fact: physical therapy runs in her family—her grandmother was also a physical therapist, graduating in 1946 after being recruited during the polio epidemic.

Shane Fisher

Shane is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who treats patients at our Jacksonville Beach location. He enjoys working with an active patient population across a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions.

Originally from South Florida, Shane moved to Gainesville to attend the University of Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in 2018. Since graduating, he has practiced in a range of settings, including outpatient orthopedics, athletic injury rehabilitation, and post-operative care. His clinical interests include sports rehabilitation, return-to-run programming, and the treatment of headaches and migraines.

Shane relocated to Jacksonville a few years ago, where he lives with his wife and two children, Adrian and Taggart. He appreciates CBPT’s strong leadership and the ability to work with the patient populations he is most passionate about serving.

Outside of the clinic, Shane enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, playing guitar, and staying active. He has played ice hockey since childhood and enjoys pickup games of other sports when he gets the chance. A fun fact—Shane is colorblind.

Kayla Stadius

Kayla is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who treats patients at our Jacksonville Beach location. She enjoys working with a wide range of orthopedic conditions and has extensive experience in post-operative rehabilitation.

Originally from Rochester, New York, Kayla relocated to the Jacksonville area in 2012 to attend the University of North Florida, where she played collegiate volleyball while earning her degree in Exercise Science. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, graduating in 2020.

Kayla values CBPT’s family-first environment and the supportive, team-oriented culture that allows both patients and clinicians to thrive.

Outside of the clinic, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and dog. She met her husband at UNF, where they were both student-athletes, and as a family they love attending sporting events and supporting local teams—unless the Jaguars are playing the Bills, in which case she’ll be cheering for Buffalo.

Jack Fletcher

Jack is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who treats out both of our Jacksonville Beach and Nocatee locations. He enjoys working with an active patient population with a focus on sports and orthopedic rehabilitation. 

Jack is a true Jacksonville native! He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Florida and continued at UNF to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, graduating in 2024.

Jack values CBPT’s strong community presence and the supportive, collaborative culture among his colleagues, who serve as mentors and foster a positive work environment.

Outside of the clinic, Jack enjoys lifting weights, surfing, playing basketball, and taking full advantage of life near the beach. He takes an annual trip to Costa Rica to surf and is a dedicated Jacksonville Jaguars fan, often found in the stadium on game days.

Mariana Franz

Mariana is a Physical Therapist at our Jacksonville Beach location who specializes in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.

Mariana grew up in Tampa, Florida, and attended the University of Florida for both her undergraduate and graduate education. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Physiology in 2017, followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. After graduation, she moved to Atlanta, where she completed an orthopedic residency through Upstream Rehabilitation in 2022, earned her dry needling certification, and later became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2023. She also served as Clinic Director at a high-volume BenchMark Physical Therapy clinic on the south side of Atlanta from 2022 to 2025.

In October 2025, Mariana relocated to Jacksonville to be closer to family. She values CBPT’s team-driven environment and open collaboration, which she believes create the best outcomes for both patients and clinicians.

Outside of the clinic, Mariana enjoys traveling with her husband, working out, and playing pickup sports. A fun fact—she has two cats and has traveled to 18 different countries.

Hannah Ezell

Hannah Ezell serves as a Front Desk Coordinator at our Jacksonville Beach location, where she helps create a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient who walks through the door.

Hannah grew up in a family that never settled in one place, living in Pennsylvania, Texas, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, and beyond. While she has experienced many different cultures and communities, she spent most of her life in Tallahassee, Florida, and Lumberton, Texas. As the youngest—and only girl—of four siblings, Hannah shares a strong bond with her family and treasures the time they spend together, especially during the holidays.

Originally from Lumberton, Texas, Hannah began her professional career as a Front Desk Coordinator at Accent Compliance after graduating. She later moved to New Orleans, where she worked as a server and baker at The Cheesecake Factory before eventually settling in Jacksonville with her boyfriend, who serves in the National Guard. She is now a valued member of the CBPT team and plans to pursue a degree in Respiratory Therapy at Concorde University.

Hannah’s favorite part of working at CBPT is knowing that the clinic truly prioritizes its patients, offering personalized, one-on-one care in a positive and supportive environment.

Outside of work, Hannah loves exploring new places around Jacksonville, going to the movies, hiking, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Grace Belson

Grace serves as a Front Desk Coordinator at our Jacksonville Beach location, where she enjoys being part of each patient’s journey from start to finish.

Originally from Michigan, Grace moved to the area in May of 2024 after her husband was stationed here with the Navy. Family is very important to her, and she values any opportunity to spend quality time with loved ones.

Grace graduated from high school in 2022 and went on to attend Montcalm Community College, where she earned her Associate’s degree in Business Management in May of 2024. Her background in business and organization helps her create a smooth and supportive experience for patients.

Her favorite part of working at CBPT is watching patients progress throughout their physical therapy journey and celebrating their successes along the way.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys being outdoors and exploring new areas.

Elizabeth is a member of CBPT’s Front Desk team at our Jacksonville Beach location, where she helps create a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who enters the clinic.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Elizabeth has a deep love for her hometown and can’t imagine living anywhere else. She enjoys being part of a community she knows so well and values the relationships she builds with patients and coworkers alike.

Elizabeth graduated high school in 2020 during the COVID pandemic and went on to work at a daycare for over two years, where she built strong bonds with children and families. She also spent time working as a nanny, further developing her passion for building trust, connection, and meaningful relationships—skills she brings with her to CBPT every day.

Her favorite part of working at CBPT is the friendly, supportive atmosphere among both staff and patients. She loves getting to know patients, building friendships, and hearing their stories.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the gym, and heading to the beach during the summer. A fun fact—she can speak Russian.

Originally from Ocala, Florida, Joshua moved to Jacksonville to attend the University of North Florida. He is currently a senior at UNF studying Exercise Science and plans to continue building a career in the health and fitness field.

Joshua loves working at CBPT because of the opportunity to make patients smile, connect with his teammates, and—of course—enjoy the snacks along the way.

Outside of the clinic, Joshua enjoys staying active through running, fishing, surfing, skating, and spending time outdoors. A fun fact—he has run the Donna Half Marathon every year since moving to Jacksonville.

Amber serves as CBPT’s Billing Manager and has been a valued member of the team since 2015.

Originally from Bristol, Tennessee, Amber spent twelve years in Northeast Tennessee before relocating to Northern Virginia near Washington, D.C., where she graduated from the University of Virginia. She later made Jacksonville her home and has now spent more than two decades in the area.

Before joining CBPT, Amber worked as a Pre-K teacher and later as a disability specialist with Head Start, experiences that shaped her strong communication skills and passion for helping others. She began her career at CBPT as a part-time front desk team member and has grown into her current leadership role, where she plays a key part in supporting both patients and staff.

Amber values the people she works with most, enjoying the opportunity to help patients understand what makes CBPT’s team and clinic truly special. Outside of work, she enjoys taking walks and bike rides with her husband.

Thomas Olesko

Thomas is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Clinic Manager of our Nocatee location. He is dual board-certified in Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy and is fellowship-trained in orthopedic manual therapy.

Thomas earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ithaca College, receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017. He completed an Orthopedic Residency at the University of Rochester, followed by a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine. He holds a certification in manual therapy and Fellow status within the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. Thomas has also begun his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physical Therapy at Texas Woman’s University, further reflecting his commitment to advancing the profession through research and education.

Born in upstate New York and raised outside of Atlanta, Thomas relocated to Northeast Florida to pursue advanced training. His clinical interests include working with the healthy aging athletic population and elite athletes, with a strong emphasis on hands-on treatment and patient education.

In addition to patient care, Thomas serves as a contributing faculty member at the University of St. Augustine and has provided medical coverage for the USA Gymnastics Championships and Olympic and Paralympic athletes through the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. His clinical excellence has been recognized locally, including being named Best Physical Therapist in St. Augustine, Florida in 2022.

Thomas values CBPT’s diverse patient population and the collaborative culture among therapists and staff, noting the supportive environment as one that makes coming to work both meaningful and enjoyable.

Outside of the clinic, Thomas is a devoted football fan and workout fanatic. A fun fact—he completed Ironman Louisville in 2013.

Kalie Entler

Kalie is a Physical Therapist at our Nocatee location who is passionate about working with athletes across a wide range of sports.

Originally from central Ohio, Kalie spent the first 22 years of her life there before moving to Indianapolis to attend physical therapy school. After graduating, she relocated to Houston, Texas, where she completed Memorial Hermann Rockets Sports Medicine Institute’s Sports Residency Program. She then made her way to Jacksonville in 2023.

Kalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Wittenberg University in 2019, followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Indianapolis in 2022. Her clinical interests include treating athletes of all levels, with a special focus on middle school and high school athletes, overhead athletes, and ACL rehabilitation.

Kalie’s favorite part of working at CBPT is the supportive and uplifting team culture. She loves the relationships she has built, the constant learning, and the fun that comes with working alongside such a passionate group of clinicians.

 

Outside of the clinic, Kalie enjoys getting in a daily workout, relaxing at the beach, and trying tacos at any restaurant that serves them. She also loves spending time with her husband and their little girl.

Jessica Millan

Jessica serves as the Front Desk Coordinator Supervisor at our Nocatee location, where she helps lead the front office team and ensures every patient feels welcomed and supported.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Jess has a strong connection to the local community and takes pride in serving patients from the area she calls home.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications with a focus in Public Relations, Catering, and Special Events. Her background has equipped her with strong organizational, communication, and people-focused skills, all of which play an important role in creating a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Jess’s favorite part of working at CBPT is the people—both the patients, each with their own unique journey, and the high-quality, goal-driven team that works together for the greater good of the community.

Casy Rottmann

Casey serves as a Front Desk Coordinator at our Nocatee location while pursuing a future career as a physical therapist.

Born in the Midwest, Casey spent his early childhood there before relocating to Florida in 2015 at the age of thirteen. He moved to Jacksonville in the fall of 2020 to attend the University of North Florida and has remained in the area since.

Casey earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a concentration in Public Health from UNF in May 2024. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine, with an anticipated graduation in Summer 2027. Following graduation, he hopes to specialize in pediatric or sports orthopedic populations. His interest in physical therapy began around the age of ten, making this a long-standing passion.

Casey values the strong sense of community at CBPT and appreciates the consistent encouragement and support the team has provided throughout his academic journey.

Outside of work, Casey enjoys staying active with his wife through sports such as pickleball and golf, spending time at the gym, and relaxing with quieter nights at home watching movies or playing board and card games.
